The International

I'm going to jump right in with his review.

The International was undoubtedly written by an accountant after a weekend long marathon of watching James Bond. But instead of gadget and bang smokin' chicks, we get a lesson on political economic bullshit. It is the story of Louis Salinger and his vendetta against a major world bank. But who gives a fuck, it's Clive Owen, right!? It should be gun fights and intense stares! No...just no. It is one gun fight and a lot of Clive Owen not acting. I don't know who told him that staring into the camera and not blinking is a substitute for acting, but that guy needs to hang himself with a length of extension cord.

Normally I would wax on about the merit of the movie and about the graphics and acting, but there is so little to say for this movie that it's difficult to comprehend. In all honestly just skip this movie, wait a week, and wait the gun fight in the Guggenheim Museum on youtube and you'll be fine. The rest in Clive Owen looking serious and going on about bring this bank to justice. Anyway, don't see this movie. Save your money, actually no. Send half of the money that you'd buy the ticket with to Clive Owen for acting lessons, and send the other half on extension cord and postage to Clive's enabler, who ever that may be.

I give this:

4 intense Clive stares out of 10
